Loose or missing stones set by us.

What is not covered

Loss or theft.
Damage from accidents, misuse or alterations made by a third party.
Normal signs of wear that do not affect the look or function of the piece.

How to make a claim

Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Our team reviews your claim and replies within 2 business days.
If your piece is covered, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
