What is my jewellery made of?

Most pieces are stainless steel finished in 18k gold plating, or left in a silver tone. Our moissanite pieces are 925 sterling silver. Every product page lists the exact material. It is nickel free and designed for daily wear.

Can I wear it in the shower?

Yes. It is waterproof, so wudu, showers and the gym are fine. For the longest shine, take it off to swim and keep it away from perfume and lotions.

How do I write my name in Arabic?

Type your name in English or in Arabic on the product page. If you type it in English, we transliterate it and check it before production.

How long does delivery take?

7 to 12 working days from order to delivery, with tracking.

Can I return a personalised piece?

Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect. See our refund policy.
